PCUSA Haiti Task Force
The Haiti Task Force is a group of Pax Christi members committed to working for peace with justice in Haiti. The Haiti Task Force has four goals: communication, education, advocacy and networking. Members of this group are alert to and give analysis on the changing political and socio-economic situation in Haiti and develop resource materials for prayer, study and action. The Haiti Task Force works in solidarity with the struggles and growing pains of Pax Christi Haiti and other grassroots organizations. Most recently, members were in Haiti as election monitors for the 2000 presidential elections.
