Please find listed below general information on various aspects of the 2007 conference.
Displays: For Sales/Display table information & exhibit registration forms, contact our Sales office at 814-453-4955 x 231 or email sales@paxchristiusa.org. Vendor set-up will begin Thursday, 8/9. Main conference and all exhibits will be open Friday thru Sunday morning. Reservations should be made by July 20, 2007.
Scholarships for Assembly: Scholarship donations are used to defray registration costs (not travel and meals) for those with limited income. To apply, send your registration form with the required deposit and enclose a written request for scholarship assistance.
Transportation: For directions to Seattle University, visit Seattle University’s Web site.
From the Sea-Tac Airport, we can offer the following information:
Taxi $33 (approximately)
GrayLine Airport Express will take you to the Silver Cloud Motel (regular route plus connector): Regular route = Adult $10.25, plus Connector to Silver Cloud (right across street from Seattle U) = additional $12.75 (for an adult)
Shuttle Express Share-Ride Van Service (net fare per vehicle, each way): $30.50 for 1 rider, $33.50 for 2 riders, $37.50 for 3 riders, $41.50 for 4 riders, $45.50 for 5 riders, $50.50 for 6 riders, etc.

Housing and Meals: Housing is available Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights for conference participants. See information on the downloadable registration form. Meals can be purchased in meal packages (see meal information on registration form). Commuters can also purchase meal packages. Child Housing/Meals: Children 17-and-under are not charged a registration fee. Housing and meals will need to be purchased for children. Contact Johnny at 352-219-8419 or johnnypcusa@yahoo.com for inquiries.
Childcare (ages 0-4) and Peace Camp (5-11): Child care (for children ages infant to 4) and Peace Camp (for children ages 5 to 11) will be provided if enough parents are interested. Contact Johnny at johnnypcusa@yahoo.com or 352-219-8419 if interested before June 25, 2007.
Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible accommodations can be provided upon request. Meeting rooms are handicap accessible.
Cancellation Policy: Except for the $25.00 deposit fee, refunds will be issued if written notice of cancellation is postmarked no later than Friday, July 13, 2007.
