Media outreach with membership publications

e.g. Parish newsletters, school papers, alumni publications
(these have especially big readerships), denominational
papers, professional organizations, any other organization
to which you belong.
- You can send off your personalized press release
to these personal networks. Please remember that
only you can reach these sources.
- Please try to follow up with a phone call -
it’s a good opportunity to ask if they
want a speaker on the topic (which could
be you, or someone you arrange through the Pax
Christi USA office).
- If it would be helpful, add a short cover note
explaining that you are a member or former member
of their organization and would like them to consider
printing your story.
